How To - Send a Message with High Importance

It's not very obvious how to set the importance on a message before sending.

To send a message with High or Low importance, start composing a message. Bring up the menu, by clicking the track-wheel, and select "Options". There will be an option called importance, you can set to High, Normal or Low.
