How To - Send SMS Messages with Unicode Characters
By default, you will not be able to send/receive Unicode characters in your SMS messages. They will appear as "?" characters.
You can enable Unicode Characters in your SMS messages, just go to Options --> SMS and change the Coding field to "UCS2".
